Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is also required. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.


To start a return, please contact us at hello@parfumluxure.com with your order number. All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately, providing photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product for approval and place a separate order for the new item.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued as a store gift card, which can be used for any purchase on our site and does not expire. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
